I am a public school teacher in Harrisburg PA. I love to incorporate STEM into the two subject areas I teach - science and social studies.

My name is Krista Farner. I have been teaching for 8 years, 5 of those with the Central Dauphin School District. I teach 6th grade science and social studies at Swatara Middle School. I have a masters degree in Teaching and Curriculum with an emphasis on STEM education from Penn State University. I am extremely passionate about teaching children that STEM is everywhere, and will revolutionize their lives in the future.
